Tidy, hip new hotel with perfect and handy location really close to main attractions. Helpful staff, well-equipped and brand-new room for 4 adults 1 child. Nice facilities. Great service from the staff.

Proper concerns came up . The parking situation was misleading since I thought free parking was available, but it was not. I ended up paying £15 to park outside a shop, which really put a damper on things. The room, while spacious, could have used a good clean. Finding skid marks in the toilet upon arrival wasn't the best welcome. On a brighter note, the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient. I appreciated being close to local attractions. The staff members were friendly during our interactions, but it was like they were stretched thin. I noticed issues with insufficient staff availability to address concerns promptly.

The staff were lovely and actually remembered me from last time. When I had an issue with the shower, the owner switched our room in under 20 minutes.
It wasn't cheap , but honestly, worth it for the experience.
