Proper concerns came up during my stay. The parking situation was misleading since I thought free parking was available, but it was not. I ended up paying £15 to park outside a shop, which really put a damper on things. The room, while spacious, could have used a good clean. Finding skid marks in the toilet upon arrival wasn’t the best welcome. On a brighter note, the location of the hotel couldn’t have been more convenient. I appreciated being close to local attractions, making it easy to explore. The staff members were friendly during our interactions, but it felt like they were stretched thin. I noticed issues with insufficient staff availability to address concerns promptly, which added to the frustration.
